On our site you will find a hudge program of motorcycle-clothing, helmets, spareparts and accessoiries from top brands for very special prices. We purchases these products direct from the official appointed importers and wholesalers. We supply in the original packaging complete with all labels, tags and manuals. We also supply all official quarantee papers. All products that we supply are quaranteed according the terms of the manufactorer or importer.
All helmets supplied by MotoWebShop has been inspected and approved to the european ECE Standard and therefore does not conform to US and Canadian regulations and requirements. It is only legal to use the helmet in countries in which
the European ECE Standard is valid. If you use the helmet in other countries, you will not in the event of injury be entitled to make a claim for compensation before the US or Canadian courts or the courts of other countries not bound by the ECE Standard.

Ordering
In case you want to place an order with us you simply push the "order" button. The product will be added to your basket. You can check your basket by clicking on the "order" button on the right hand side of the screen. As soon as your order is completed you can click on the "pay" button. The site will assist you step by step to complete the order and payment procedure.
As soon as your order has been accepted by our system you will get an order confirmation by e-mail right away.

Payment
You will find four possibilities how to pay for your order.
  • With iDEAL (Only if you have a Dutch bankaccount): You can pay on your trusted bank website. There are no extra paymentcost.
  • In advance with a moneytransfer by bank (Only in the Euro-zone): As soon as your payment is on our account we can proceed and complete the order-procedure. There are no extra paymentcost.
  • By PayPal or creditcard via PayPal (Worldwide): After the order-procedure you can click on a link to go to the PayPal site where you can make your payment from your PayPal-account or your creditcard. We will charge 3% paymentcost.

    Shipment
    All parts are normaly shipped within 2-3 workdays. All other products we ship within two weeks, but as any shop this depends if the product is in stock and/or available at the warehouse of our suppliers. In case the product is (for the time being) not in stock then there will be some delay. In that case we will inform you and eventually advice you for an alternative.
    All supplies will be offered at least one time at your address by the postman. If you are not at home he will leave you a message and you can collect the parcel at the postoffice. In the parcel you will find the invoice.

    Return shipments
    You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. If the complete order is returned, you will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return to us are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7.00 per package inside the Netherlands, for the exact rates consult the website of your carrier. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will have to be returned to us with all accessories, without wear and tear and if reasonably possible in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@motowebshop.com. We will refund within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

    Program
    It is our intention to make and to keep the program as Up to Date as possible. For that reason there will be mutations almost every day. Therefore it is impossible to send leaflets and documentation.
    All the information we have you can find on the site. Nevertheless if you have any question please let us know and we will try to give you the right answer.
